Introducing Triggerflow: workflow automation with AI agents
Triggerflow team · · 2 min read
Most businesses run on small, repeated jobs: answering the same customer questions, copying orders into a spreadsheet, chasing a payment, sending the morning numbers. Triggerflow turns those jobs into workflows that run on their own.
Build on a canvas, not in code
A workflow is a chain of steps on a visual canvas. It starts with a trigger (a webhook, a schedule, a chat message or a new item from an API) and continues with the steps you add: fetch data, transform it, decide with an IF, and send the result to Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, email or your own API.
Every step shows the data it received and returned, so you can test each one on real data before you switch the workflow on.
AI agents that work with your data
The AI Agent node gives a language model tools and memory. Connect a model (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, DeepSeek, a local model through Ollama or any OpenAI-compatible provider), add Simple Memory so it remembers the conversation, and give it tools such as the HTTP Request Tool, a Calculator or another workflow. The agent decides which tool to call, and every call is visible in the run history.
Chat on your website
Turn on Make chat publicly available on a Chat Trigger and Triggerflow gives you a hosted chat page to share and a one-line script to embed the chat on your site.
Built for teams
Organizations have owners, admins, editors and viewers, plus custom roles. Credentials are encrypted, two-factor sign-in is built in, and every important action is recorded in the audit log. On the Business plan you can also choose exactly who can see and edit each workflow.
