How it works

  1. Add a trigger: A chat message, a WhatsApp message, an email, a form or a schedule.
  2. Add the AI Agent: Choose a model, write its instructions and connect memory and tools.
  3. Test and publish: Chat with it in the editor, then activate the workflow or publish the chat.

Questions

Do I need my own AI API key?

Yes. You connect your own key for the model provider you choose (for example OpenAI or Anthropic), and pay that provider for usage.

Can an agent take actions, not only answer?

Yes. Tools let it call APIs, run other workflows or write to your systems. Use an approval step for anything that should be checked by a person first.

Is my data used to train models?

Triggerflow doesn't train models. What the provider does with API data depends on that provider's terms; most major providers don't train on API traffic by default.

Can I limit what an agent can reach?

Yes. An agent can only use the tools and credentials you connect to it, and outbound requests follow the server's network policy.
