Merge data
Bring branches back together and combine data from two inputs.
Merge combines items from two inputs. It runs as soon as at least one input has data.
Modes
| Mode | Result |
|---|---|
| Append | All items from input 1, then all items from input 2 |
| By position | Item 1 with item 1, item 2 with item 2…, merged into one item each |
| By key | Items whose key fields match (for example email and customer_email) merged into one item |
Common uses
- Rejoin branches: after an IF, connect both branches into a Merge in Append mode to continue with all items.
- Enrich data: fetch orders on one branch and customers on the other, then merge by key on the customer ID.
