Audit log and monitoring

Who did what, failure alerts, notifications and log streaming.

Audit log

Settings → Audit log shows who did what and when: sign-ins, workflow and credential changes, activations, role changes and more, with the IP address and browser.

  • It opens on the last 7 days; pick another range or exact dates.
  • Filter by person, action or text, and page through 15, 25, 50 or 100 events at a time.
  • Export as CSV or JSON, and choose how long events are kept.

The audit log is available on the Pro plan and above.

Failure alerts

In Settings → Monitoring, turn on email alerts when a number of production runs fail within a time window.

Notifications

The bell in the sidebar collects failed runs, credentials that stopped working, plan reminders and new members. Mark notifications read or unread, clear them one by one, or mark all read and clear all.

Error workflows

For alerts on any channel (Slack, WhatsApp, SMS…), use an error workflow.

Log streaming

On the Enterprise plan, Settings → Log streaming sends audit events and finished runs to Splunk, Datadog or your own HTTPS endpoint as signed JSON, with filters for actions, statuses and workflows.

Status page

The public status page (/status) shows the uptime of each part of the service and any incidents.
